Behavioral Heuristics

Question: Write an essay on Behavioral Heuristics? Answer: All the fields of life move steadily into a world of behavioral psychology where this gives an inner sense of understanding that there is a larger level of involvement than on the interface level. I work in a training environment and I find this approach quite a no. of times where we take feedback and behave in a certain way which can lead to answers which can resolve a lot of issues. Sometimes these aspects when they get resolved become aspects which can rule the others above the others. I generally take a feedback after all my training sessions and on one day I have got into asking the participants how they felt using the technology and what were their pre - assumptions even before they have joined the training. I have assumed that the answers would be very positive as the system was designed focusing on their daily activities and to reduce the amount of work they normally do and also reduce the average time taken to perform their activities however to my surprise people reacted in a mixed way as they did not know as to what was happening and they were believing others recommendations. We had to change the way in which the process was being taught to them as we implemented a way in which we demonstrated that models of human behavior and design of systems had an increased focus on people which was an important modelling behavior for the designers to implement their systems in the community.
